Harmonise Hypnotherapy Services Terms and Conditions

Here are the Terms and Conditions that form the basis of our agreement to work together.

1. Face to face or online sessions

Our sessions can be held face to face in a private therapeutic setting in Leamington, Solihull or held online using zoom, all options have their benefits.  I will assume sessions will be face to face unless we discuss and agree to hold the sessions online.

2. The Solution Focused Hypnotherapy sessions and confidentiality

Each session will run for 50 – 60 minutes and include a mixture of talking therapy and hypnosis.  Our website gives an overview of what you can expect from your session. Trust is important in any relationship, but especially between a client and their therapist, our sessions are confidential, and our conversations will not be discussed outside of our sessions.  The only time confidentiality may be broken is if you give permission to break it or there is a safeguarding concern or cause to think that harm may be caused to someone.

4. Fees.

We have a standard session fee and run a variety of programmes with different fees.  To find out our current session rate please contact Info@harmonisehypnotherapy.co.uk and we will respond to your enquiry. Our fees are reviewed annually and clients will be given one months’ notice of any change that affects them.

5. Cancellation policy

48 hours’ notice must be given to cancel or re-arrange a session. If sessions are cancelled with less that 48 hours notice or a session appointment is missed without cancelling then the session will be charged for at the normal rate.

6. Punctuality

Sessions will start at the agreed appointment time.  If for any reason you are going to be late for a session you must notify us and we will try to accommodate you the best we can, however the session will still have to finish on time if there is an impact on other clients’ appointments.

7. Your commitment to the therapeutic process.

Clients that have had the best results, literally turned their lives around, have trusted and followed the therapeutic process.  This process involves fully engaging in the solution focused hypnotherapy sessions, listening to the trance MP3 provided before going to sleep at night. By committing fully to the therapeutic process you are setting yourself up to get the most out of your therapy and achieve the positive change you want to see.

8. Payment

Prompt payment is appreciated, and payment should be made within 24 hours before the session. Payment to be made by payment link send via email prior to your session. 

9. Organisations I’m a member of and complaints procedure

I am a registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists.   I am bound by the code of conduct and ethics of these organisations.  If you would like more information on these organisations, you can follow the links to them on our website.  If you have a complaint or aren’t satisfied in anyway, please let me know about it as I would like the chance to resolve the situation. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied and feel that the complaint is unresolved, you have the right to resolve an unresolved complaint with the National Council for Hypnotherapy.

10. Your information and data

I will be making notes throughout our therapy sessions which will help me to assess the best direction for effective therapy.  I keep these notes secure and they aren’t shared with anyone.  You are welcome at any time to ask to see your notes. I will not disclose identifying information about you, unless you have agreed to provide me with a testimonial for marketing purposes. By signing this contract, you are also giving your consent to having hypnotherapy with me.  I will not sell any of your data to anyone or any company. Our online data privacy policy is available when you log on to our website.
