Hello, I’m Saffron the founder of Harmonise Hypnotherapy. I help adults, teenagers, and children overcome anxiety, depression, low confidence, sleep issues, fears, and phobias using a Solution Focused Hypnotherapy approach that’s gentle, practical, and deeply supportive.

My career began in education, where I spent over twelve years working as a primary school teacher and senior leader in inner-city schools. Supporting children and families facing emotional and mental health challenges taught me how much our wellbeing impacts every part of life. While I loved teaching, I often felt limited in how much I could truly help.

After experiencing burnout and years of anxiety myself, I tried hypnotherapy — and it completely changed my life. It helped me understand my mind, lift long-held anxiety, and regain balance. That transformation inspired me to retrain, first as a Play Therapist (PTUK) and later at The Clifton Practice, a recognised centre of excellence in hypnotherapy.

Today, I combine my experience in education and therapy to support both children and adults in finding calm, confidence, and resilience. I also co-direct Therapeutic Pathways CIC, helping young people access free or low-cost therapeutic support in schools and colleges, and I deliver mental health workshops for organisations and professionals.

I’m a registered member of PTUK, the National Hypnotherapy Council (NHC), and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) — upholding the highest standards of safe, ethical, and evidence-based practice.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: with the right support, everyone can reconnect with their inner calm and move towards a more balanced, fulfilling life.
